Kesha Kindred oversees the daily administrative processes of our practice to enable our physicians to deliver efficient and effective care. She has completed the medical and billing program at the Everest Institute. She is passionate about working with patients and providing an excellent patient experience.

Claudia Perez

Laredo Office Manager

Claudia has over 10 years of experience in all tasks important to maintaining an efficient and smooth work environment and providing a positive patient experience. She is fluent in Spanish.

Mario Cornejo

Surgery Coordinator

Mario assists with all tasks related to your surgery. He works with you, your insurance, the surgical centers, and our physicians to coordinate a stress-free surgical experience.

Reception

Our friendly front desk is available to check you in and out during your visit and is always on standby to promptly take your calls and address any concerns with your appointment. They work diligently to coordinate and prioritize your appointment with all of your referring doctors.

Technicians

At the core of your clinical experience are our technicians. Each technician plays an important role during your clinical visit. They provide your initial workup, obtain ophthalmic imaging and testing, prepare procedures, ensure you are seen on time, and scribe for complete and accurate documentation.

Our experienced Laredo office technicians and front desk staff work diligently through busy days to provide you the highest level of care.

Research Department

Jovan Garcia is our clinical research director. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of Incarnate Word. She is a Certified Research Clinical Coordinator and an active member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals since 2013. Her passion for advanced healthcare drives her ambition as a leader in the research industry.

Jaynee Baker is our clinical research coordinator who has been active in the medical field for over 7 years. She attended Northwest Vista College studying pharmacology and clinical research.
